Pine Retreat Mussoorie

Check-in & Check-out time:

  • The Hotel's check-in time is 14:00 Hours & the check-out time is 12:00 Hours.
  • Photo ID will be taken at check-in and will be returned after all dues are cleared before check-out.
  • Photo ID is required for all occupants at check-in. A passport and visa are required for all foreigners and Indians staying abroad.

Occupancy & Extra Bed

  • All children are welcome.
  • Kids from 6–10 years are charged Rs. 1000 per kid per night without an extra bed and Rs. 2000 + 18% GST with an extra bed per kid per night.
  • Kids above 10 years are treated as adults and will be charged Rs. 3000 + 18% GST per kid per night.
  • The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 01, which will be on a chargeable basis.
  • A maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children aged 0–6 years, may stay in one room.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation before 14 days of the check-in date.
  • 25% Retention charge if the booking is cancelled within 08–13 days of the check-in date.
  • 50% Retention charges if the booking is cancelled within 04–07 days of the check-in date.
  • No Refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the check-in date.

Payment:

All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees, and payment is accepted only in Indian Rupees. A prepayment is required to secure your booking, and your reservation will be confirmed only after the payment is received.

Food & Drink:

We offer many options for food and beverages. Please refrain from bringing in any outside food or beverages into your hotel rooms, unless medically necessary.

Noise:

All guests are asked to respect other guests and nearby residents when in their room, hallways, any other premises of the hotel or while in the surrounding area.

No Smoking:

The Hotel is a non-smoking establishment across all rooms and public areas. E-cigarettes are also not permitted. A dedicated smoking area outside the Hotel has been provided for your convenience, and our staff will happily advise you of their location upon request.

Animals & Pets:

It is not permitted for animals to be brought to Pine Retreat, we're not pet-friendly yet.

Accessible Rooms:

Currently, we do not have any accessible rooms at Pine Retreat.

Inappropriate Behaviour:

We kindly ask that you respect other guests and our employees and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal conduct at all times during your stay with us. We reserve the right to require you and your guests, if any, to leave the premises and cancel the remainder of your stay, with no refund, in the event that you fail to respect this policy.

Parking:

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and we are unable to take responsibility for any damages to your car, theft or missing belongings. Please make sure that all valuables are removed from your car and stored in the safes provided in your accommodation.

Damage:

We kindly ask that all guests respect our rooms and facilities. In the event that there is any damage to your room(s) during your stay or if any items are missing upon your departure, we reserve the right to charge the card used to secure your booking, by a reasonable fee to cover the damage and/or missing items. If the damage results in rendering the accommodation unfit for use for the next guest, the full accommodation rate will be charged from the date of damage until the accommodation has again been made fit for use. The amount will be informed to you before being charged to you, and can also be charged subsequent to your departure.

Damage & Loss:

A safety locker is provided in each room for the storage of valuable items. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to store any personal property of guests. We shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by our guests or to their property. However, this does not exclude or limit in any way our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and which includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence (or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors) and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
